I thoroughly enjoyed this book. My initial connection with Janin was as a career coach, a valuable relationship that several colleagues at Nelson Mandela University also shared. Despite relocating from South Africa with my family, I continue to benefit from her career guidance through online sessions. Her insights remain invaluable, and I highly recommend both her book and her expertise as a coach.
